SYDNEY AUSTRALIA, – 13 May 2019: Commencing her role this week, EnterpriseCreativeCloud (ECC) is pleased to welcome Group Executive Digital, Innovation and Transformation Linda Bolton to the team.
With more than 20 years’ experience, Linda is a trusted ServiceNow and digital transformation consultant, with a strong background in Enterprise Solutions.
Throughout her career, she has successfully led large teams of ServiceNow architects, analysts, UX and managed stakeholder engagement with third-party vendors including Pega, and SAP.
Chief Executive Ross Peacock, said Linda has brought strength to the team, “I worked with Linda at Service NSW, where she supported the award-winning program Easy to do Business.
“Linda’s demonstrated there’s no task too complex, she’s truly an expert in her field. I am delighted she has joined ECC and I look forward to working on future award-winning programs.”
Linda set up the digital omni channels and operating model for the award-winning Easy to do Business program, a Service NSW initiative. In addition, she managed the ServiceNow UX portal front ends, ICT innovative operating models, mobile service enablement, service delivery and capability, lean business and ITIL process operational excellence.
She has also led Cloud SaaS application strategy, system integration, application design and implementations for Enterprise Shared Services transformations that included process excellence in HR, Finance, Facilities and IT deliveries. Her speciality is Lean business form, operating models and process redesigns for large client organisations including Transport for NSW, Department of Education, Downer, News Ltd and Service NSW.
Her ServiceNow experience is vast, covering HR service delivery, IT service management, service catalogues, IT operations, performance analytics portfolio and demand management.
Linda said, “I am passionate about changing the way customers engage with services and I am pleased to be working with Ross and the team again.
