Expanded capabilities and services as new office opens up in Melbourne

MELBOURNE VIC, AUSTRALIA: The demand of providing simplified digital solutions for government and private organisations has resulted in the successful award of project work and a strong pipeline, as EnterpriseCreativeCloud (ECC), celebrates launching their second office in Melbourne, Victoria.

Ross Peacock, Chief Executive; Kane Parker, Director of Digital Strategy, Customer Experience and EPMO and Varun Pant, Director of Information Technology, Innovation and Architecture celebrated the opening, which marked an important step in the company’s journey.

“We’re pleased to expand our operations into Melbourne and support our clients in achieving their digital agenda,” said Mr Peacock.

ECC’s Melbourne Office is located at The Dome, Level 14, 333 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. The office is modern and can double up as a training centre for clients, to run workshops and for small project teams to operate out of.

Varun said the expansion was attributed to the team’s hard work, “our clients can benefit from the innovative and award-winning programs we have delivered in NSW, which can be expanded on and tailored to our Melbourne clientele.”

ECC has received an increase of inquiries, as private and public companies are looking for digital support in customer experience, process automation, security, privacy, and cloud management.

Kane said the team are focused on helping clients run and manage their business more easily, so they can benefit from smarter and more efficient technology gains.

“Unfortunately, there are too many businesses who use outdated systems or processes and their employees are working harder than they need to” said Mr Parker.

The ECC team has won a number of awards, in helping government and small business achieve smarter digitisation of processes, applications and forms, returning efficiencies to both client and customer.

Ross continued, “our plans for ongoing and rapid expansion will continue as we seek to work with clients in other states and territories across Australia.

“We’d like to encourage our customers to keep up to date on our social media channels and website for more information on our progress,” said Mr Peacock.
