Monitoring and Compliance of Health Practitioners across Australia
ECC’s Account Manager led the design and implementation of an Australia-wide Monitoring and Compliance software platform to monitor Australia’s 740,000 health practitioners across five (5) streams being health, performance, conduct, suitability and prohibited practitioner.
- Developed requirements, facilitated SME workshops, SteerCo and delivered a national digital Monitoring and Compliance solution on behalf of the AHPRA’s executive team and 15 national boards.
- End to end management of external vendors to agree on plans meeting project sponsor expectations. Worked closely with SME’s to identify and document Monitoring and Compliance business processes and requirements.
- Implementation of digital workflows to support the 15 National Boards to provide digital Monitoring and Compliance capability for Australia’s health practitioners to protect the public and manage risk to patients.
- Integration with AHPRA’s public-facing national database of over 740,000 health practitioners (Register of Practitioners) to provide transparency to the public on the nature of notifications and monitoring and compliance matters including subsequent follow-up information and outcomes.
